Himstar Warranty Policy

  • All Himstar products are covered under a limited warranty from the date of purchase, applicable only to the first purchaser.
  • Warranty applies to manufacturing defects or faulty components under normal usage conditions, as per the user manuals.
  • Valid proof of purchase (invoice/bill) and a properly filled warranty card with the dealer’s signature and stamp are mandatory for any warranty claims.
  • The warranty period includes both repair and transit time.
  • Repairs or replacements are conducted only through Himstar’s authorized service centers.
  • Replacement parts used during service will carry the warranty only for the remainder of the original warranty period.
  • The company's obligation is limited to the repair or replacement of defective parts and not to any consequential damages or losses.
  • For after-sales service, customers are advised to call Himstar’s toll-free number during working hours (10:00 AM – 6:00 PM, except Saturdays).

Warranty Exclusions

(Warranty is Not Applicable Under the Following Conditions)

  • If the product is physically damaged after purchase, including mishandling or breakage.
  • Defects caused by lightning, fire, flood, accident, rodents, insects, or pets.
  • Use of the product with abnormal voltage or without following the usage instructions.
  • If the product is repaired or modified by unauthorized personnel or service centers.
  • If the original serial number is removed, defaced, altered, or obliterated.
  • Damages occurring during transportation not arranged by Himstar.
  • Consumable parts like plastic/glass components, bulbs, remote controls, etc., unless otherwise specified.
  • Products used for commercial purposes (unless specified otherwise).
  • If the product is not installed per the recommended instructions (e.g., improper water pressure in geysers).
  • Warranty card not filled completely or missing required signatures/stamps.
  • Absence of original purchase invoice during claim.
